1. Definitions

In these General Terms and Conditions:

  • Customer: any individual or legal entity placing an order on our website.

  • Products: physical goods offered for sale via our webshop.

  • Webshop: the online store operated under www.selarosa.com.

  • Agreement: a legally binding purchase contract between SelaRosa and the Customer.

  • Written: communication via email or postal mail.


2. Scope

2.1 These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the webshop.
2.2 Deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing.
2.3 By placing an order, the Customer accepts these terms.


3. Products and Pricing

3.1 All offers are non-binding and valid while stocks last.
3.2 Product images may differ slightly from the delivered item.
3.3 All prices are in EUR (or the selected currency), including VAT where applicable, and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise.
3.4 We reserve the right to modify prices and product information at any time.


4. Orders and Agreement

4.1 The agreement is concluded once an order is placed and a confirmation is received via email.
4.2 We reserve the right to reject orders in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect information.
4.3 The Customer is responsible for accurate delivery and billing details.


5. Payment

5.1 Payments must be made in advance using the available payment methods at checkout.
5.2 Orders are shipped only after full payment is received.
5.3 Chargebacks or unauthorized reversals may lead to additional fees.


6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Orders are dispatched from international warehouses. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days.
6.2 Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
6.3 Risk transfers to the Customer once the package is handed to the carrier.
6.4 Customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.


7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

7.1 EU Customers have the right to cancel the purchase within 30 days of receiving the order.
7.2 After notifying us, the item must be returned within 14 days.
7.3 Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after inspection, via the original payment method.
7.4 Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
7.5 Certain items (e.g. hygiene-related products) cannot be returned if the seal is broken.


8. Warranty and Conformity

8.1 We guarantee that our products conform to the description and are free from defects.
8.2 Defects must be reported within 14 days of discovery.
8.3 The warranty does not apply to:

  • Misuse or improper handling

  • Wear and tear

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs


9. Liability

9.1 We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income.
9.2 Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the affected order.
9.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties.


10. Force Majeure

10.1 In cases of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics), obligations may be suspended.
10.2 If force majeure lasts longer than 30 days, both parties may terminate the agreement.


11. Complaints Procedure

11.1 Complaints must be submitted via info@selarosa.com.
11.2 We aim to respond within 14 days.
11.3 If no resolution is found, the Customer may escalate the matter to a competent court.


12. Amendments

12.1 We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice.
12.2 The most recent version will always be available at www.selarosa.com and applies to new orders.


13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13.1 These terms are governed by Dutch law.
13.2 Disputes will be handled by the competent court in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
